Rather, it is built into our existing platform, giving you full access to everything we have to offer — from expedited credentialing to biweekly payments. This allows you to seamlessly manage your entire practice from one place. Signing up for Headway is free and there is no cost to use our EHR. While joining Headway is required to use our EHR, using the EHR is not a requirement to stay in our network.
